This 2004 Galeon Galia 730 is in great condition, and a rare find with Only 23 hours on the Mercury 150HP Outboard!
If you want to upgrade from a smaller sports boat, but can’t quite decide if you need a full fat sportscruiser or a small sports cuddy, then this Galia 730 could be the boat for you…
This one has been lightly used and dry stored for the last 5 years. It’s powered by a 2007 Mercury 150HP OptiMax Outboard that delivers great performance when you want it and refined, quiet and economical running when you don’t. The OptiMax technology provides excellent power-to-weight and 4 stroke levels of fuel economy. The motor is barely run in, with only 23 Hours on the clock – the outboard is in like-new condition and should provide many years of reliable service.
At 24ft long this boat is easy to handle both on and off the water. She’s nimble on the water (with enough power on tap to keep the watersports enthusiasts in the family happy), easy to handle around the marina and small enough to recover onto a trailer if needs be; so you can store the boat indoors over winter, or easily move to new cruising grounds if you wish. There’s no trailer included with this boat, but we can offer you a great deal on a suitable trailer (either new or used) if you need one.
The cockpit is spacious, with large L-shaped cockpit seating. There’s a full set of camper canvas covers, a well appointed helm station and stylish radar arch. The boat is category B rated for coastal use and boasts famous Galeon build quality.
Although it’s a compact package overall, with 4 berths in the cabin, an enclosed head compartment (with pump-out sea toilet), small galley and full covers, this boat has all the creatures comforts you’d expect from a proper sports cruiser… A family of four could easily spend a night onboard in comfort.
…so you get to sample the delights of the cruising lifestyle, without losing the sportiness or ease-of-ownership of a big sports cuddy.
