This Broom Ocean 38 has been in the hands of her one and only owner since bought new at the Southampton Boat Show in 1998. The boat was delivered to Strangford Lough Northern Ireland, and that has been her home ever since. The boat is VAT paid with all supporting paperwork. As a Northern Irish boat it can be sold to either the UK or Republic of Ireland without attracting any duties or taxes.
