This Formula 240 Sun Sport is pretty unique… certainly on this side of the Atlantic. It’s a stunning boat, which goes and sounds as good as it looks! It’s not for the faint hearted.
Powered by a Big Block Mercruiser 8.2L Mag 430HP motor, with switchable straight thru exhausts, it sounds awesome and powers this boat to 60mph when you want you to blow off the cobwebs! But, with the exhaust valves closed and driven more sensibly, this boat bcomes a refined family cruiser. There’s a sociable cockpit with seating for up to 7, and a comfortable cuddy cabin (that can sleep 2 if you want to spend a night onboard), complete with a pump-out marine toilet.
The sport arch is great for pulling wakeboarders and water toys behind the boat too; and there’s certainly no shortage of power for getting skiers out of the water.
It’s not just a go-fast boat, this Formula 240ss really is a fantastic all rounder!
The build quality is second to none, and the condition of this particular boat is simply outstanding!
The Imron urethane paint finish, in deep cherry red, is stunning – and it’ll never fade like gel coat. The hull bottom is in the original gel coat finish and is pristine. There’s only 268hrs on the clock and the boat is in fantastic running order.
This boat was built in 2013 and imported to Europe through the official dealer network. The boat is CE certified. It was first sold and commissioned (with warranties registered) in July 2018. Since then it has been extremely well cared for, maintained without consideration for cost, and has been sparingly used; with only 268 hours of run time.
This boat has to be seen (and heard!) to be appreciated.
She also boasts a bunch of desirable options including LED docking lights, Teak-effect foam decking, Tonneau Cover and Full Camper Canvas Enclosure, Stainless Steel Sport Arch, VHF Radio, stern sun lounger, Pump-out Marine Toilet with holding tank and macerator, Cockpit wetbar, Transom shower, and the striking Imron paint graphics, etc, etc. The twin axle roller coaster trailer is also included.
